Shows for 2015

Details of all confirmed shows can always be found in the “Upcoming Shows” tab in the header bar at the top of this site.

Just to recap so far there are 4 confirmed and announced shows for next year.

The first one is not until the 21st of March when the mighty Fallen Leaves make a quick return to the Westgarth following their much acclaimed set supporting Vic Godard & Subway Sect back in September. Support comes from Pellethead.

2 shows in April. First up on Sat 11th the fantastic  Len Price 3 make a rare Northern show again in The Westgarth. This band are making big noises with their adrenaline pumped pop formed in the traditions of their Medway Delta roots.

They are a revelation to those who encounter them, encompassing all of what you would want from a band in one invigorating sonic experience. Their dazzling live performances feature a thunderous set of well-honed melodic nuggets played at breakneck speed, complete with shiny pop hooks and chrome glazed harmonies. But dig a bit deeper and you will find a rich lyrical content that is full of acid tongued lyrics and wry social observations.

Martin Stephenson also makes a quick return after his sell out show in Stockton’s Green Room last year. Booked as a solo show Martin turned up with a band and played a blinding 2 hour set featuring solo and Daintees material along with his usual witty off the cuff banter. I can’t guarantee that their will be a band show again this time but I can guarantee anyone who comes along won’t be disappointed.

The final confirmed show so far is again another return visit from a band who sold out the Green Room last year. The Space Agency feature Simon Jones from Middlesbrough on guitar. The band are based in Brighton and also feature Hiromi Jones from Japan & Andrew Bowler from Wales, they have released 4 albums of their unique, out of this world Instrumental Sounds.
